- I am a full-time, professional real estate marketer, merchandiser, and investor. I am currently buying apartments and mobile home parks, and often merchandise single family homes. This is a detailed training program, that offers even the most seasoned investor insight and instruction on how to more efficiently and quickly find, fund, and flip any type of real estate --- without any competition --- and most importantly, without having to have a lot of money, or any credit whatsoever.
